The staff from Metropolitan are professional and thorough, starting from the point when they presented their quote and answered questions. When they cleaned the carpets, they paid attention to details. Some of the stubborn stains resurfaced when the carpet dried up. They returned to spot-clean within a week and did a great job. The strata council is impressed with their excellent performance and customer service.
I took a look this morning and the unit looks fantastic. Please extend my gratitude and thanks to your crew. They did an excellent job.
