Once again, the Metropolitan crew Andy and Glenda did a great job for our condo. There were some stubborn stains in one hallway, but they returned to clean them again very promptly. We are very pleased with their reliable service in the past few years.

As we're sure many others do, we had tape residue on our carpets from our various social distancing measures which no longer need to be in play. We asked for attention to be paid to those spots, came in the next morning, and they were all gone!! Thank you very much

Both Raymond and Glenda were wonderful today doing the carpets. They were quick and thorough,h trying to take out even some of the old stains. Raymond even added the carpet runner in the basement that had a lot of little spots on it. That was great!

The staff from Metropolitan are professional and thorough, starting from the point when they presented their quote and answered questions. When they cleaned the carpets, they paid attention to details. Some of the stubborn stains resurfaced when the carpet dried up. They returned to spot-clean within a week and did a great job.
