I contacted Metropolitan very recently and asked if they would be able to fit in an emergency carpet cleaning at my parent's house, as we were trying to get the house ready to sell.  They were very helpful, and were able to squeeze us in with a week!  That worked out perfectly for our timing!

They were able to fit us in so quickly because they asked their Operations Manager and his assistant to step in.

When the OM (Raymond) and his assistant (Glenda)  arrived, we quickly went through the areas to be cleaned.  They were both very courteous and professional, as well as respectful of our family home.

I was impressed at how quickly and efficiently they worked through the 3 levels of carpeted home, working hard on removing difficult stains.  Raymond noticed one carpet runner in the basement that had quite a few spots, and decided to 'just do that runner, too'...making the basement sparkle!  He was looking out for our interest, rather than looking at the clock.

After the job was completed (quickly, but with high standards), we were chatting, and Raymond told me how great it has been to work with Metropolitan these last 10 years or so.  He particularly mentioned that Michael and Theresa (owners of Metropolitan) were the best employers anyone could ever work for.

To me, that says a lot.  Michael and Theresa obviously have created a work environment (through their fairness and own work ethic) where their staff are hard working and happy to be a part of their company.  That is rare, these days.

I also received a follow up call a couple of hours later, from their office asking whether I was happy with the results of their work, and whether I had any questions or concerns.

I would happily recommend Metropolitan to anyone who needed their services, knowing that you would get the very best service.
